Deep-technology researcher and serial inventor. PhD-level engineer (University of Sydney / University of Canterbury), M.Tech (Research) from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and B.Tech from NIT Rourkela. Founder-director of Bariflo Labs, a deep-tech engineering company, with a portfolio of 30 patents (19 design, 11 technical) and peer-reviewed AI/ML research — neural-network and fuzzy-inference modelling — in Elsevier and Springer journals. Former research intern at BARC (Bhabha Atomic Research Centre). Leads Sarvsuraksha's technology, systems architecture and R&D.

Kushagra Dixit

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Digital signal processing, software-defined radio and cryptanalysis specialist. Has delivered technical projects for Indian defence organisations, including real-time interception and LTE/RF systems at Tata Power SED (Strategic Engineering Division), with research collaboration touching DRDO DARE and IISc Bangalore. Founder-lead of a geostationary satellite project in collaboration with ISRO, and a former research intern at Security Research Labs, Berlin, working on air-gap exfiltration and secure-hardware attacks. Guest lecturer on cryptanalysis at the University of Hyderabad (CR Rao AIMSCS). Leads operations, programme delivery and partner relationships.
